Typing long playlist URLs into your TV using a remote control is frustrating. Jelvi Player avoids this by giving you a direct QR scanner on your television screen to bridge your phone and your TV.
Using the QR Upload Feature
- Inside the Jelvi Player app, open the Settings panel from the sidebar menu.
- Scroll down to the Add your Playlist section.
- You will see a large square QR Code displayed on your TV screen.
- Open the Camera app on your smartphone and point it at the TV. A website link will appear on your phone.
- Tap the link on your phone. It will take you to the secure upload page with your TV's MAC address already pre-filled!
Simply paste your M3U link or Portal details into your phone browser, hit Save, and the TV will update automatically.
