Jelvi Player is a media player application. We do not provide any media content, playlists, or streams. Users are solely responsible for providing their own content, playlists (such as M3U or Xtream Codes), and streams to be played through our application.

Jelvi Player is a tool to organize and view the content you legally have access to. We do not endorse or promote the streaming of copyrighted material without permission.

2. User Responsibilities

You must only use the application to stream content for which you have the legal right or appropriate licenses.
You agree not to use Jelvi Player for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or credentials associated with your playlists.

3. Device Activation and Purchases

Certain features or extended access to Jelvi Player may require an activation fee or subscription. All purchases applied to device activations (tied to MAC addresses or Device IDs) are final.

Activation provides a license to use the player software, not access to any media content.
We do not offer refunds for activations if you are unable to find or provide your own media content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available". Jelvi Player makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jelvi Player, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the application or the content you choose to play through it.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide noticeable updates on our website when significant changes occur. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
