If your playlist has 100,000 movies, your TV might run out of memory over time, causing it to freeze or display blank images. We've built an emergency refresh button into Jelvi Player.
The Red Button Reset
- While on the home screen or channel list, locate the Red Color Button on your physical TV remote control.
- Press the Red button once.
- A red notification box will appear in the top right corner saying "Clearing DB..."
- After one second, the app will automatically reboot and fetch a fresh, clean list from your server.
This does not delete your account logins; it only clears the local temporary memory, instantly speeding up your TV!
