Not all older movies or TV broadcasts perfectly fit modern widescreen televisions. Sometimes you are left with thick black bars on the edges of your screen. Jelvi Player includes a built-in zoom system to correct this.
Adjusting the Screen Size
- While watching any channel or movie, press the OK / Select button on your remote to show the video controls menu on the bottom.
- Navigate to the button that looks like expanding arrows (Aspect Ratio) and press it.
- Every time you press this button, the video on your TV will cycle through three modes:
- Original: Displays the video exactly as broadcast, even if it leaves black bars.
- Fit: Adjusts the video so everything stays proportionally correct within your TV frame.
- Fill: Zooms in and stretches the video vertically and horizontally to completely eliminate any black bars on the screen!
