If you share your Jelvi Player upload portal link or MAC address, someone else might accidentally delete or replace your playlist. To prevent this, Jelvi Player features a built-in MAC Lock security feature right on your TV.
How to Lock Your Device
- Open the Jelvi Player app and navigate to the left menu sidebar.
- Click on the Settings button (Gear icon).
- Look for the switch labeled Lock your MAC.
- Turn this switch ON.
When this is locked, no one can add or delete any playlist from the Jelvi website using your MAC address. If you need to upload a new playlist later, you must return to this menu and unlock it first!
